LIWA Aquatics and industry partners Royal Life Saving WA would like to invite all aquatic recreation and shire staff across the North West Region to attend the Annual North West Aquatic Recreation Seminar in South Hedland - May 2024

It will provide a great opportunity to share knowledge and information throughout the regions and the aquatic industry.

LIWA Aquatics and its industry partners know the critical need to provide professional development opportunities in regional areas. It is essential that both local and global issues are discussed, and networks are developed and maintained.

As managers, we need to ensure that our aquatic facilities remain the focal point of our community. It is tough to achieve this in isolation – we must work together and maintain the Network.

Proposed Event Schedule

• Thursday 9th May - Pool Lifeguard PD (AM) / SCBA Refresher (1pm)
• Friday 10th May - North West Aquatic Recreation Seminar & Networking Dinner (Rays - Hedland Hotel)

This seminar is valid as Professional Development to maintain your Aquatic Technical Operator Accreditation.
