Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Leisure Institute of Western Australia (LIWA) Aquatics will be held as follows:

Date: Thursday, 19 November 2026
Time: 5.30pm (AWST)
Location: Online (meeting link to be provided prior to the AGM)

Business of the Meeting

The business to be conducted at the AGM includes:

• Welcome and apologies
• Confirmation of the minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting
• Presentation of the 2025/26 Annual Report & Financial Statements
• Appointment of Board Directors 
• Life Membership nominations 
• General business

Members wishing to raise any items of general business in accordance with the Constitution are requested to do so by 5th November 2026.  Please send all correspondence to Executive Officer Leith Fradd on lfradd@liwaaquatics.org.au .

The meeting is open to all current LIWA Aquatic members. We encourage members to attend and participate in shaping the future direction of the Institute.
