LIWA Aquatics and industry partners Royal Life Saving WA would like to invite all aquatic recreation and shire staff across the North West Region to attend the 26th Annual North West Aquatic Recreation Seminar in May 2023

It will provide a great opportunity to share the knowledge and information that exists throughout the regions and the aquatic industry.

LIWA Aquatics with its industry partners are aware of the critical need to provide professional development opportunities in regional areas. It is essential that both local and global issues are discussed, and networks are developed and maintained.

As managers, we need to ensure that our aquatic facilities remain the focal point of our community. It is very hard to achieve this in isolation – we must work together and maintain the Network.

Proposed Event Schedule:

• Wednesday 10th May - SCBA Refresher
• Thursday 11th May - North West Aquatic Recreation Seminar & Networking Dinner
• Friday 12th May - Pool Lifeguard and Swim Teacher PD Session (Register via Royal Life Saving WA Website) 

This seminar is valid Professional Development to go towards maintaining your Aquatic Technical Operator Accreditation.
